I think this is how it works, 69.99 for a box of 250, that coupon code is good for two or more boxes, so two boxes 69.99x2-20=119.98, not bad, almost same price with wwb at walmart.

It seems $199.98 after the coupon and there doesn't seem to be any free shipping.

each bulkpack (250rd) is on sale for 69.99, after adding two boxes to the cart, the coupon would reduce the price by another 20, adding your zip code for estimated shipping, which will turn up to zero if you select ground shipping. For me it will add tax, so I didn't buy it. Just thought it would benefit someone else.

I saw them talking about 500rd for under 100, but I don't know how to get that number. I priced it to the number posted in my original post,

It's because GM repriced it from $59.99/box to $69.99/box. I ordered some the night it went to $59.99. At ($59.99 x 2) - $20.00 it was indeed under $100.00 ($99.98 with the coupon).

I should've ordered more!
